Red Giant Movies gets the rights of ‘VTV’
The well-known director Gautham Menon’s much awaited film ‘Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya’ (VTV) has been acquired by Udayanidhi Stalin of Red Giant Movies for a record breaking price. The sources say that the movie will be going to hit the screens on Feb 19th. On the other hand, Gowtham has tied hands with Dayanidhi Azhagiri for the new film with the actor Ajith in lead role.
The director says that the movie will be a musical romantic love story with Simbhu and Trisha in the lead roles. The music maestro A R Rahman’s music has already been attracting the audience.
At this moment, Gowtham can get hold of a runaway victory with good returns much earlier to the movie release….

'Director Bala' win National award
The well-known director Bala’s ‘Naan Kadavul’ has been nominated for the National awards and the director Bala has given the ‘Best director’ award for his outstanding make of the movie. In that moment Naan Kadavul movie make-up artist Moorthy also wins the ‘Best Makeover’ award.
The famous director Gautam Menon’s ‘Vaaranam Aayiram’ has been regarded as being the ‘Best movie’ of the year.The Malayalam movie ‘Bioscope’ has been selected for the best Jury award.However the best actors and technician awards category are yet be announced.
‘Naadodigal’ to remake in Hindi
Director Priyadarshan who is well known for making remakes of Malayalam films is now planning to remake director Samuthirakani’s recent flick ‘Naadodigal’ in Hindi for US based entertainment company. Priyan has accepted two projects with Woodpecker Pictures, a subsidiary of U.S.-based entertainment fund Woodpecker Holding.
He is going to make the two projects under his Four Frames banner with a huge budget of nearly 80 crores.The movie which has gained huge profits in Tamil version has enhanced its figures when it was remade in South Indian languages.
At present, it had become a million dollar worth movie in bollywood. He is going to start its production in Hindi version from April. Priyadarshan who has made more than 60 films in Hindi has won the National Award for his film ‘Kaanchivaram’ in Tamil.
