The shooting of Thala Ajith’s next grand movie with his favorite director Saran, Asal is set to hit the floors this April 8th.
The film is produced by Sivaji Productions, one of the oldest production houses in the industry. Ajith has joined hands with Prabhu, the actor cum producer, for the first time in his career.
According to the sources, the launch ceremony will take place at the late legend Sivaji Ganesan’s Annai Illam residence on April 8th along with a routine pooja.
This is an out and out action entertainer like Amarkalam and Ajith will appear in a complete new look in this film.
Another important change in the film is its music director. Earlier it was said that Harris Jayaraj would be the music director and later he replaced by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Now once again the director has changed his music director. He thinks that his regular music director Bharadwaj is more suitable for him.
After coming to know of this, Prabhu informed the change to Yuvan gently and now Bharadwaj has been announced as the Music director for this film.
Sameera Reddy plays the lead lady role against Ajith for the first time in this movie.
