At Tarun Tahiliani’s exclusive Levi’s show on day 4 of Lakme India Fashion Week, the Levi’s brand ambassador Akshay Kumar did something that has grabbed headlines. While walking the ramp in Levi’s jeans, Akshay stepped off the catwalk, went to his wife Twinkle Khanna in the front row got his denims unbuttoned by her.
“We are conducting an inquiry into Akshay Kumar's alleged obscene acts during Lakme Fashion Week held here recently after we received a complaint from a person called Anil Nair,” a police officer is quoted by a news agency.
Asked if a police case is likely to be registered against Akshay and the organisers, the officer said, if the inquiry finds them guilty of obscene act, they will register a case against the actor and the organisers.
However, this was not the first time Akshay unbuttoned in public. At the launch of Levi’s 501 jeans a few months back, Akshay had allowed his denims to be unbuttoned by a female model. This time, it was still better. It was his wife who unbuttoned him.
