During the Kalaignar TV Isaiaruvi Channel’s awards for film music directors and playback singers, Ilayathalapathy Vijay has been presented with Fans’ Favorite Actor award. Director Dharani and Udhayanidhi Stalin presented the award to Vijay.
The good looking actress Andrea and Rahul Nambir was awarded with best debut female and male play back singer awards respectively. For composing the tunes for his debutant film ‘Vennila Kabbadi Kuzhu’ Selvaganesh has received the best debutant music director award.
Actress Shruthi Haasan was awarded with the best music director award by Illayaraja for composing the tunes for ‘Unnai Pol Oruvan’. Illayaraja was honored with a silk shawl by the Kalaignar TV’s CEO Amirtham.
